Built in Inheritance

In the wallet’s “Security” settings, an “Inheritance Plan” section allows users to:

  • Add one or more beneficiaries (wallet addresses).

  • Set percentage splits.

  • Define a waiting period (e.g., 6 months, 1 year, 2 years).

  • Optionally, add a second layer of verification (e.g., a notary NFT).

The wallet periodically sends a zero‑value “heartbeat” transaction in the background (with user permission) to keep the user marked as active. If the user stops using the wallet entirely, the inheritance contract becomes claimable.

User benefit: Finally, a way to ensure that digital assets are not lost forever – without needing a lawyer or a centralized custodian.
